We get your gear ready to ride in 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Weekends and holidays may add slight delays.
Shipping Options
We offer two ways to get your watersports equipment to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your gear fast
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious surfers

Our Return Promise
Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries – we’ve got your back like a good surf buddy.
Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For everyone’s safety, these items are final sale unless defective:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. International customers may need to cover additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedited replacement
